Events Manager

 Job Description: 

  • Manage a team of Events Coordinators to conceptualize, plan and  execute conferences, networking events and other sharing events to meet desired objectives

  • Project Management of the Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and manage annual budget

  • Implementation and refinement of Marketing Processes and workflows related to Events/Conferences

  • Ability to identify cost savings areas and negotiate with suppliers

Requirements: 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field. Business graduates preferred.

  • Required skill(s): events management, communications, project management, budgeting.

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Events Coordinator

 Job Description: 

  • Coordinator and manage event preparation and operations for multiple events.

  • Provide event administrative and operational support

  • Sourcing for event supplies

  • Work with internal departments and personnel, coordinating associated deliverables and functions 

  • Act as liaison to outside vendors and professional consultants

  • Ensure that projects meet deadlines by adhering to schedules, identifying potential delays and reporting to Event Manager.

Requirements: 

  • Diploma and above or equivalent experience

  • Able to manage multiple project, events and priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to work well with others in a deadline-driven team environment

  • Required skill(s): events management, communications, project management.

  • At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Reporting to the Finance Controller

  • Supporting Accounting team in credit and accounts receivable management

  • Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable aging to General Ledger

  • Run and save monthly AR and Sales reports

  • Timely and accurate month end closing

  • Update balance sheets schedules

  • Prepare for GL Transactions

  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements: 

  • Diploma and above or equivalent experience in accountancy

  • 1-2 years of full sets experience preferred

  • Proficient in MS Excel

  • Able to handle a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical skill and an eye for detail and meticulous

HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Payroll, leave management, recruitment (include matters relating to work passes) and interview arrangement

  • Prepare headcount reports, annual leave and MOM survey

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements: 

  • Diploma and above or equivalent experience.

  • 1-2 years of related experience preferred

  • Proficient in MS Excel

  • Able to handle a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical skill and meticulous.
